If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from WeShoot.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale and Clear Items

Items that went on sale, and customer has no receipt, will be refunded at the lowest price it was sold for in the past 120 days. Items sold on Clearance are final and cannot be refunded. 

Refunds

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. We reserve the right to refuse accept a return if our team of professionals detect anomalies on the product that are not in the nature with its normal use or wear and tear. 

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase, minus the shipping & Handling expenses. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. For store credit, you’ll receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the amount credited to your WeShoot account.
